Our Promise on Cost:
Legal fees are almost as scary as legal problems! We publish our
charge out rates so that Clients know exactly how we charge. We
advise Clients at the outset of a case of the likely cost (including
other's fees as well as our own) of their case, and provide regular
updates if the case appears more complicated than first envisaged.
We provide regular interim billing so that Clients do not suddenly
receive an enormous bill at the end of their case which they have
run up in ignorance of the likely cost. We accept payment by Visa,
Barclaycard, Switch and other major credit cards.
For buying and selling your house, we provide
a fixed price quotation which will only be amended by agreement
with you if the transaction turns out to be unexpectedly complicated.
We always try to live up to the standards which
we consider are essential for the provision of accurate and efficient
legal services. We expect to be told if we fail to meet those standards
so that we can eradicate weaknesses and can achieve our goals and
make us a better, more effective law firm. We always ask our Clients
to assess our service. Client feedback is essential as the majority
of our work results from personal recommendation. We hope that you
